CINDY PHILLIPS
Cindy Phillips brings nearly 40 years of concurrent classroom teaching and administrative service to her support of schools. She served as a founder and the Executive Director of the Weilenmann School of Discovery in Park City, UT. During her tenure at the Waterford School in Sandy, UT, Cindy served as Middle School Dean, Upper School Dean, and Director of Teacher Mentoring. She has taught a variety of subjects over her lengthy teaching career, including English Language Arts, writing, history, Latin, and Ancient Greek, and has worked with students of all ages. Cindy has served on various Utah State Board of Education committees, the Northeastern Utah Educational Services Board, the Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission, and the Utah State Charter School Board. Cindy holds a Utah Professional Teaching License, a BA in Latin from Brigham Young University, an MA in Classics from Tufts University, an MA in History from the University of Utah, and is a PhD candidate in Comparative Languages and Cultural Studies at the University of Utah.
NANCY WOLLER
Nancy Woller has 40 years of classroom teaching and administrative experience that she brings to her work with schools. As a K-12 Math Specialist, she has taught math to elementary, middle, and high school students including the teaching of AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics. She has been an Independent Math Teaching Consultant for Utah public schools for the last decade during which she has provided data analysis, teacher coaching, and summer math content and pedagogy workshops. She has served as the Math Department Chair at the Waterford School in Sandy, UT since 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Faculty Growth and Development. Nancy holds a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University, an MA in Mathematics from Brigham Young University, and is an EdD candidate in Education Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah.
ANDY PHILLIPS
Andy brings a unique perspective to leadership development, working primarily with executive leaders and executive leadership teams on developing leadership skills and transforming business culture. He brings his IT, marketing, organizational, and leadership skills to Impetus Education Consulting. He heads the design and facilitation of leadership development programs and retreats. Andy has a BA in Marketing, a BS in Information Systems, and an MS in Information Systems from the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Andy competed on the Chicago Bears and the University of Utah football teams as the placekicker and kick off specialist. Prior to that, he was a professional alpine ski racer for the US Ski Team.
